Great for toddlers

It is so great to find music that is great for toddlers and their parents. Laurie Berkner chooses themes for her songs like animals, foods and actions. A welcome change from Disney...

Taking off to Planet Berkner

My two sons and I have been listening to Laurie Berkner now for years now. I love that she has put out a best of album. She has included all the songs that I love. What I love about Laurie is that these are more than just songs. Her songs are about action, common songs about the things love to do. You can literally take just about any one of these songs and use it to march around the room while singing and telling a story.
I would love to point out which ones are my favorites, but they all are adorable, and lovable. We also adored her new song on this album Open Your Heart. I went for a walk the other day and my eight year old son was singing her songs I'm going to catch you and moon, moon, moon. She has given me songs that are action filled with fun. My kids and I sing and run around the house with Laurie Berkner. My younger son has language speech delays and I also use these fun songs to help his speech and memory. If I may even quote my Nicholas...Laurie (she) is delicious!!!
